Vicki Staebler Tardino, PhD, PCC, BCC
As an organizational psychologist, experienced executive leader, certified executive coach and organizational consultant, Vicki brings nearly two decades of experience designing and implementing systems and processes to identify and develop leadership talent and to improve the effectiveness of individuals and teams.
Vicki combines her leadership experience, training and passions for a practical and evidence-based approach to coaching. She has partnered with aspiring leaders and leaders of all levels— from front-line to C-suite—to help them achieve their unique goals, often in the context of large-scale organizational transformation. Her specialties include enabling effective leadership transitions, executive and high potential leader development, executive presence and emotional intelligence.
Vicki is Past President of the International Coaching Federation-New England and Co-founder of BayState IO.
Rik Nemanick, PhD, PCC, BCC
Rik has been providing coaching and mentoring services to clients since 1997. He brings a broad base of experience from working with leaders across industries and business functions within organizations. He blends his industry experience with his academic background as an organizational psychologist to help leaders improve their effectiveness.
His approach to coaching centers around understanding his client’s goals and co-creating a plan to achieve them. His practice specializes in leadership development through leadership assessment, executive coaching, leadership training and mentoring programs. In addition to his consulting, he is a lecturer of executive education at Washington University in St. Louis and is the author of the book The Mentor’s Way.
